Three things are built but not switched on, on purpose, because they cost money the moment they run: the automations (instant text and email to every lead, reminders, review requests, missed-call text back), your team logins (they need your email accounts to exist first), and rolling your business number to Zappy (a five-minute setting we do together on the call). The agreement · reactivating your existing plan

Switch it back on.

What this does. This reactivates the Vessels Full Partnership Agreement signed July 9, 2026 between Freedom Electrical Services LLC and Vessels, The Lees Media LLC, exactly as written. The reactivation work (switching on the phone line, texting, and automations, the onboarding call, team logins, the photo swap, and connecting your membership plans to your Stripe), a $1,497 standard charge, is waived. Your monthly of $1,497 per month resumes on signing under the original terms, held at that rate for 24 months from July 9, 2026.

Payment. After you sign, you'll be taken to a secure Stripe page to start the $1,497 monthly. Your first month is charged there today and your card is saved for each month after, so the plan never pauses again. Nothing is charged automatically at signature; you complete the payment yourself. Membership revenue collected on your behalf carries the 5% platform fee already in your agreement.

Terms. Month to month. Either party can end the monthly with 30 days written notice. Work beyond what's listed on this page is always welcome and gets scoped and approved in writing before any additional charge, so these numbers stay these numbers.
